Leapfrog House greens further
than most people dare to green.
It’s built from locally sourced, sustainably harvested, fair-traded lumber.
It minimizes energy use through its super-insulated envelope and super-efficient heating system. A photovoltaic solar array generates power. Our plentiful rain provides nearly all its water.
The utility bills will be small.
Its materials are durable and almost maintenance free. Other maintenance is simplified and minimized — by design.
LEED Platinum (plus!)
